For new or experienced crafters - create the cover for this Mixed Media journal using frames and various other trinkets (metals, flowers, mechanicals, buttons, lace) from various Prima moulds and collections.

Everything used to make this cover will be provided to you. If you don't own the two moulds, you can purchase them from Scraporium if you would like to have your own moulds however this is not necessary as I will make a set for each student prior to class. The background is a Prima Mettalique paint and the elements are painted with various Prima opal magic paints. Everyone will receive (to keep) the Prima Art Deco stencil I used for the background along with the journal.

I will also show you how I added interest by using the stencil inside the journal.

You can add Prima's gold wax at the end if you would like to bring that. You can also bring anything else you might want to add to cover. This class will be technique based.

I will have the paints and black gesso to share but if you want to purchase your own, please let me know prior to class and I will order them for you. I used 1 Mettalique paint and 3 different opal magic paints.

You will definitely get Messy but it is guaranteed to be a lot of FUN! Keep for yourself or give as a very special gift!
